Reginale Thomas Sr.
Founder/President of D4S Sports, LLC.
Reginale turned his passion for sports and coaching into D4S Sports, LLC. Reginale has been involved in sports as a player or coach since the age of six. As a player, he has experienced varying levels of success at the recreational, prep, and semi-pro level. Reginale started coaching in 1998 and has coached in Japan, Maryland, Okinawa, Germany, and Texas. Reginale, a.k.a “Coach T,” has primarily coached football, but also have experience coaching basketball and track. Additionally, his experience is supported by a Masters in Sports Management. He also maintains certifications in Athletic Administration, Sports Conditioning, and Sports Nutrition. Reginale believes that life lessons can be taught through sports and loves the mentorship opportunities that coaching provides.
Tabatha Johnson
Vice President of D4S Sports, LLC.
Tabatha (Coach T) has coached Youth and High School Cheerleading since 2008. Her coaching career began during her Senior year of high school where she served as the Assistant Coach for Wayzata High School’s (Plymouth, MN) Varsity and Junior Varsity Cheer squads. Throughout her career, she has held both Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions for youth cheer programs. She has led teams ranging from three to 18 years of age. Her coaching philosophy centers around building the fundamentals from the ground up. Tabatha’s experience is supported by the following certifications: NFHS Cheer and Dance Safety; NFHS Cheerleading Stunt Levels 1 & 2; USA Cheer/AACCA Level 1 Cheer Coach.
Reginale Thomas Jr.
Personal Trainer / Founder of 29:11 Performance Training
Reginale (Reggie) Thomas Jr. played college football for four years at Furman University. While there he accomplished the following: 46 consecutive starts, FCS All-Freshman team, All-Southern Conference Team (2), a Southern Conference Championship, and he is ranked in the Top 10 at Furman for passes defended. After completing his collegiate playing career and earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, he went on to play professional Arena football for the Vermont Bucks (2017) and Carolina Energy (2018). Upon concluding his playing career, Reggie started his career as a Personal Trainer and high school football coach. He is currently the Defensive Backs coach for Boiling Springs High School in Spartanburg, SC. His experience is supported by a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science specializing in Strength & Conditioning.
Le’Andre Nebbitt
Personal Trainer / Founder of MP7 Training
Le’Andre (Coach Lee) played three years of college football at William Jewell College. During that time he was named Team Captain (2), selected for the Honor Roll (3), and named All-Great Lakes Vally Conference Team Honorable Mention. After completing his collegiate playing career, Coach Lee served as the Head Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at William Jewell College. Le’Andre specializes in movement and injury prevention and brings over 10 years of experience to the D4S staff. As an Athletic Performance Coach, he has trained multiple professional and Division I athletes. His experience is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a NASM Certification as a Personal Trainer.
